This is a hands on course.

Everything you learn you will be doing yourself. You will go home extremely able and confident to make this for your loved ones.

Tired of paying for expensive vegan cheeses loaded with preservatives and other long unfamiliar names. Stop, don’t do it. Learn to make your own vegan cheese including Parmesan, ricotta, Camembert, sour cream, cream cheese and mozzarella. Most noteworthy our Chef, who is vegan and also a qualified Nutritionist (and Chef), will consequently provide you with a range of vegan cooking tips.

Attendees will take home all the cheese you have made as well as receive printed recipes of the cheeses.

9.00am class start and approx 12.30pm finish. Enclosed shoes will be required. We also recommend you tie your hair back if applicable. Addresss is 740 Nicklin Way Currimundi (5 minutes from Caloundra, 1hr approx north of Brisbane). An email will be sent out approx 3-4 days prior to the course date advising you of more specific details and reminding you of the class. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Dates may be changed at our discretion up to 7 days in advance. Tickets are transferable (to another person) at Italia’s discretion. So please ensure availability etc prior to booking.
