This is a hands on course.

Everything you learn you will be doing yourself. You will go home extremely able and confident to make this for your loved ones.

Tired of paying for expensive vegan cheeses loaded with preservatives and other long unfamiliar names. Stop, don’t do it. Learn to make your own vegan cheese including Parmesan, ricotta, Camembert, sour cream, cream cheese and mozzarella. Most noteworthy our head chef vegan and also a qualified Nutritionist,  will consequently provide you with a range of vegan cooking tips.

All cooking and no eating is no fun…so stop halfway through to enjoy a delicious Vegan Italian Lunch/Feast. Attendees will take home all the cheese you have made as well as receive printed recipes of the cheeses.



9.30am class start and approx 1.30pm finish. Enclosed shoes will be required. We also recommend you tie your hair back if applicable. We are byo so please feel free to bring a bottle of wine along to enjoy during the class and our lunch. You will be indulging in a delicious feast of the food you have created plus some little extra’s we have prepared. There is usually some left overs for you to take home too, so please feel free to bring along containers and cold bags. An email will be sent out approx 3-4 days prior to the course date advising you of more specific details and reminding you of the class. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Dates may be changed at our discretion up to 7 days in advance. Tickets are transferable (to another person) at Italia’s discretion. So please ensure availability etc prior to booking.
