Get ready to be up to your elbows in flour, pasta, gnocchi, mozzarella and more. AND all completely vegan. Everyone has SO much fun in our vegan cooking classes learning under the guidance of our Head Chef Tamara who is also vegan and a qualified Chef and Nutritionist. It is a wonderful experience to share with friends and relatives to make treasured memories.
So if you are bored of cooking the same old recipes?Book now. Most noteworthy our Head Chef in charge of all our cooking classes is also a qualified Nutritionist will consequently provide you with a range of knowledge, tips and tricks to take your Vegan Italian recipes from ordinary to AMAZING.
This is not a watch and learn course. We want you to learn to make all the dishes so you can go home with the upmost confidence to make it at home, because you have already made it at this class yourself! You will go home extremely able and confident to wow and impress your family and friends by replicating the dishes at home with ease.
Recipes may include (all vegan) Bruschetta, Arancini, Lasagne, “Meatballs”,”Bolognese”, Fettucine, Spaghetti, Ravioli, Gnochhi, MozzarellaTiramisu or Panna Cotta and so much more. Open to special recipe requests. Furthermore we will discuss herbs, spices and flavourings that are vegan. These may be the secret ingredients our Chef’s add to recipes so they are bursting with flavour.
As a result enjoy a lovely meal from the amazing food you have produced and some extra treats we have previously created. Hopefully there is plenty of leftovers to take home. Attendees will receive printed recipes of the meals you have cooked.
Weekend course from 9.30am – 1.30pm
Enclosed shoes will be required. We also recommend you tie your hair back if applicable. We are byo so please feel free to bring a bottle of wine along to enjoy during the class and our lunch. You will be indulging in a delicious feast of the food you have created plus some little extra’s we have prepared. There is usually some left overs for you to take home too, so please feel free to bring along containers and cold bags. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Dates may be changed at our discretion up to 7 days in advance. Tickets are transferable (to another person) at Italia’s discretion. So please ensure availability etc prior to booking.
